What are Tournament Points?

Tournament Points (TPs) are used to buy into VIP tournaments on SmokesClubhouse.com All players start with a fixed amount of TPs (500) upon opening a VIP account. They cannot be reloaded, but will be automatically “topped up” once per day. TPs can be used as buy-in for certain tournaments and may be awarded for certain tournaments. TPs are non-transferable and have no cash value.

What can I win?

VIP Members can win large cash prizes and wonderful merchandise with SmokesClubhouse.com - we give away over $5000 in cash and prizes every month!

How do tournaments work?

VIP Members can play in both single-table and multi-table tournaments. At the beginning of each tournament, every player starts with the same number of chips, and the tournament continues until one player has accumulated all of the chips. Some tournaments are cash tournaments, in which the top performing players win cash prizes, while others are satellite tournaments, in which the top performing players win seats to larger prize pool tournaments. There are also tournaments which offer merchandise prizes. These prizes are not transferable.

How do I collect my prize(s)?

Congrats on your win! In order to claim and receive your prize, winners are required to provide the Clubhouse with the required eligibility information listed below. You only have to do this part one time! (As long as you don't move.)

Eligibility consists of Proof of Identity, Proof of Residency, and Proof of Age. All three of these requirements must be satisfied in order to claim your prize. The following forms of identification are acceptable:

Valid US Driver's License

Valid US State Identification Card

Valid US Military ID

Your prize will be processed upon receipt of information. You will be sent an email advising you of any unmet requirements or if you are ineligible for any reason. If you meet the eligibility requirements, we will advise you of when you should expect your prize to be e-mailed, mailed or shipped.

If any prize or prize notification is undeliverable, if the required documents are not returned in a timely manner, or in the event of noncompliance with any of the Terms & Conditions or addendums to, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety.

How does the Free Trial work?

You can take advantage of the free one-week trial membership by signing up for a VIP membership. You will be required to provide a credit card or bank information, though you will not be charged during your free trial period. Simply cancel anytime within your first 7 days, and you will not be charged. If you are enjoying our poker tournaments, do nothing and your membership will automatically continue for as long as you choose to remain a VIP member. How do I cancel my membership?

In order to cancel your VIP Membership, please contact us at (573)410-5439, Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 11:00 AM EST and 11:00 PM EST.

A Smoke’s Clubhouse Membership Coordinator will be able to help you process your request.

You can also email your cancellation request to cancel@smokesclubhouse.com. Your e-mail must include your Username, First & Last Name, E-mail Address and Phone Number as it currently appears on your account. Your cancellation will be processed within 48 hours of your request.

PLEASE NOTE: your Member Benefits & Tournament Points will no longer be available for use once you have completed the cancellation process and reached the end of your billing term.

What if I forget my password

Click on the 'Forgot Password' link at the bottom of the login screen.

Enter the email address registered with your account and click 'Submit'.

You will receive an email from us with a link to reset your password.

Click on the link to open the password reset screen in a new browser window.

Enter your new password and confirm the same. Also, you may have to enter the answers to your secret questions for the password to be reset.

If you do not remember the answers to your secret questions or if the email address registered with your account is no longer in use, kindly contact Customer Support by sending an email to members@smokesclubhouse.com.



How do I update my account information?

You can change details about your address, email address, phone number, and your account security questions and answers. Login to your account and open the menu located in the upper left hand corner of the lobby area. Click on ‘Personal Information’ under ‘Information and Security’ and change the relevant info you wish to update. Click on ‘Update Profile' and you are done.

ow do I play on mobile?

Smokesclubhouse.com is fully mobile optimized and responsive. To play on your mobile device, simply navigate to www.smokesclubhouse.com on your mobile browser and login with the same username and password you normally login.

My game keeps freezing on the “game loading” screen when I try to play.

If your game or table fail to properly load, it is most likely due to the way your browser stores data, including images, in its cache. Clearing your cache will remove this old data, and any conflicts this old data may cause, and allow you to continue with your game. I’m a VIP Member. Where can I find my prizes or see how much I’ve won?

VIP Members can view and claim any eligible prizes by accessing their player account information.

Login to your account.

Open the main menu by clicking on the 3-line menu located in the upper left hand corner.

Locate the section “Information and Security” and click on “My Prizes.”

I’ve already registered a Smokes Clubhouse account. How do I log in?

To log in to your Smokes Clubhouse account, go to www.smokesclubhouse.com.

Click the “Login” button located in the top right corner of the page.

On the login screen, enter your username and password and click the “Login” button.
